Youngbloods!

The Amity Affliction has created the kind of buzz that you just cannot fake and the noise is about to get a whole lot louder.
The Amity Affliction left Australia last week to record their new album Youngbloods in New Jersey with hardcore super-producer Machine (Every Time I Die, Lamb Of God, Gym Class Heroes).
With the introduction of former The Getaway Plan guitarist Clint Splattering, and the heaviness inspired by 18 months of toughing it out on the road, Youngbloods is set to fulfill the bands promise and be one of 2010’s most anticipated and successful heavy/punk/hardcore releases.
Throughout the recording experience Amity will be keeping fans up to date with their goings on in New Jersey through their new site www.theamityaffliction.com
Misery Signals throughout May and June and a MASSIVE announcement on Thursday 15 April.
The underground swell surrounding the band since the release of their 2008 debut Severed Ties which peaked at #26 on the ARIA Charts and received glowing reviews in Kerrang!, Blunt Magazine and every publication in between has made them one of the most popular heavy bands in Australia.
Voted “Band of the Year” in Blunt Magazine; “Album of the Year” on KillYourStereo.com and runner up “Album of the Year” on Triple J’s Short Fast Loud, they sold out two Australian headline tours in 2009 before heading over to end their year in the United Kingdom where they’re building the same reputation and loyal fanbase just as quickly.
Youngbloods will be the coming out party of the year….you have been warned!
The Amity Afflictions Youngbloods album will be out via Boomtown Records / Shock on June 25, 2010.
