Wherewolves

NOTE: Hey all, so you may notice we have a new band listed called WHEREWOLVES. And you’re thinking, who the hell are Wherewolves? Well, it’s not a new band we’ve signed, it’s the new name that A YEAR TO REMEMBER have adopted. I don’t think it should be too hard to work out why the name change was necessary, especially for those who haven’t been living under a proverbial rock.

So that’s the first big news, the second is that WHEREWOLVES are releasing their new EP “The Night Before. The Morning After” on May 15th via Boomtown. This EP is one of my favourite records of the last few years, it’s the perfect blend of indie pop goodness and the synth loving pop punk that made their debut so much fun. The first single “Out to Kill” is being serviced to radio and Myspace in the next fortnight. Pre-orders will be available via Boomtown site, Kill Your Stereo and a few other places starting next week.

For those of you wanting to see them live, they are supporting MC LARS nationally on his upcoming Australian tour, and are playing with ALL TIME LOW and SET YOUR GOALS in June. Check out MYSPACE for full details.
